We are looking for a full-time, permanent position in the elderly care division for the next possible date.

Head of Marketing ^(m/f/d)

What you can expect from us

• You are responsible for the holistic marketing of our products for the sales market (audience/reader/user target group)
• As an experienced marketing and sales strategist, you will manage the planning and implementation of marketing activities as well as the trades and service providers involved
• For our subscription products, you will also be responsible for sales revenue, the entire marketing mix, the customer journey and the customer lifecycle
• With an analytical, KPI-driven view, you control all communicative and sales measures across all relevant channels and implement them in a target-oriented and target group-specific manner
• You lead a small team and are the contact person for relevant trades and interfaces
• Together with all those involved, you will further develop the necessary processes and skills in marketing and sales

What we want from you

• You have a degree in economics, preferably with a focus on marketing, or alternatively several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the media industry or related industries
• You have experience and success in marketing offers in the (specialist) media industry, ideally also specifically for subscription products
• You are proficient in the tools and methods of modern marketing across all channels
• You have analytical and strategic thinking skills and a structured approach
• You have the interest and ability to immerse yourself in the exciting and socially relevant sector of elderly care and nursing care
• A high degree of independence and personal responsibility characterize your working style
• As an experienced manager, you cultivate a cooperative relationship both within the team and with internal and external interfaces
• With strong social skills and an engaging demeanor, you can convince others, achieve goals together and proactively drive change
