You are an event professional, know the business and know exactly how to inspire people at an event? Are you curious and not afraid to break new ground, use new technologies and try out new formats? What you can expect from us
- As part of a professional event team, you will be responsible for all aspects of conferences at home and abroad – whether online, offline or hybrid
- You will be responsible for planning, marketing, organization, management, implementation, leadership and follow-up
- You always have an eye on the economic planning of resources and service providers thanks to your up-to-date cost calculation
- You are significantly involved in the successful further development of your projects through constant quality control and analysis
- You support our customers, partners and service providers in all matters relating to participation, organization and implementation
What we want from you
- A successfully completed degree or training in event management with relevant success in project management of face-to-face and online events
- Confidence, strong communication skills and an engaging, customer-oriented manner
- Strategic thinking, analytical approach and a structured, results-oriented and efficient way of working
- Creativity in marketing and a high affinity for contemporary online and social media marketing for the event industry
- A strong affinity for technology and media to help shape change in the event industry
- Wanderlust and the associated flexibility
- The willingness to adapt to requirements in a dynamic environment, to always be curious about innovations and to continuously develop further
- Very good written and spoken English skills
